Having been with AMD since the inception of the Edinburgh business, it has been pleasing to see the development of the team in the Edinburgh and the integration with the Dartford and FM businesses. We are very much a family in the Edinburgh and within the group, and that gives me the drive to grow and develop the business further for the benefit of our clients and our team. I particularly enjoy developing our team and bringing in new people to support our growth, ensuring that everyone shares our ethos of commitment, teamwork, openness and quality. Going forward I believe we are well positioned to capture further growth and establish the group as one of the best medium sized M&E Projects and FM businesses in Britain.
