Daniel Pearce

I am the Business Unit Director at AMD Dartford, and I am responsible for the safe delivery all of all our projects, for their compliance, quality and customer satisfaction. I have been with AMD for over 13 years now, and have been in the industry overall for over 35 years. This has given me a wealth of experience in all sectors and disciplines across our industry. I am passionate about helping generate and motivate our fantastic teams to deliver great projects for our clients, in a safe , well structured, collaborative manner, to ensure successful project completion for all of our clients which we hope in return leads to repeat business and long standing working relationships. I got into this industry by working as an air conditioning apprentice engineer for my families A/C business, this taught me from a young age the value of hard work, not wanting to let my father and other family members down, pride in what I was doing and the value of looking after every penny. I believe that these early lessons and attitude has driven me forward and stood me in good stead throughout my career.
