I’m the joint Managing Director of AMD Group and initially joined forces and founded AMD Environmental Ltd with Jon King in 2011. Over the last 14 years the AMD brand has successfully evolved into three core companies, namely, AMD Environmental Ltd, AMD North Ltd and AMD FM Ltd which has a strong geographical coverage across the UK. The vision for the future is firstly, maintaining our core family values ethos, knowing that the continued businesses success is due to our great team of people!! Secondly, proactively evolving our brand into new market sectors which will create new and exciting opportunities for sustainable growth. Finally, continuously innovating, collaborating and evolving as a business to ensure it remains a great place to work at and it creates best value and experience for our customers. I most enjoy the strategic development of the businesses and the Leadership Teams. I enjoy mentoring anyone who wants help and thrive on creating opportunities for them to develop and achieve their ambitions within our organisations.
