This project was a CAT A installation to 7 floors within an existing building in George Street, Edinburgh.

We installed a full Mitsubishi VRF system, new ventilation, controls, plumbing and drainage.  All services were painted black “off-site” and this process had to be carefully managed to ensure quality was maintained when services were delivered to site and installed.  As the services were exposed, the finished look had to be perfect and we spent a lot of time upfront and during installation to ensure this.

Added value: Our planning and co-ordination of the services upfront ensured a great end product for the client.
