This project was a complete strip out and refurbishment of canteen and kitchen facilities at the Ford site, providing services for approximately 3000 Ford employees. New roof mounted air handling units provide heating and comfort cooling to the restaurant and kitchens utilising the existing heating and chilled water systems. New bespoke architectural lighting was installed and emergency lighting is via a lighting control system. Power and distribution systems are derived from new switchgear and distribution boards. New commercial kitchen, including extract system and servery equipment are supplied with power, gas and water. The existing sprinkler was modified and extended to suit the new layouts, and new PA and fire alarm systems were installed.
