This project was a partial strip-out, refurbishing existing M&E services and installing new services to suit the new office.

We carried out the full suite of M&E services including Lighting, Small Power, Air-Conditioning, Water Services and Ventilation.

We carried out a full system health check on the existing AC system and extended/added to this to suit the new layouts.

This was a fast-track project completed in 16 weeks and was a full Design and Build for AMD carried out on an existing framework.
