This project is a Cat B fit out from the existing Cat A building. The space has been converted from a Cat A to Cat B.

Installed new air conditioning to supplement an existing system. New secondary ductwork to new grilles and plenums. Plumbing works to serve several new tea points.

New Comms Room built with new Down Flow Air Conditioning, leak detection and vesda system.

Alternations and upgrades to existing lighting system, fire alarm upgrade to match new layout.

Underfloor and AV Power & Comms Room with UPS Backup.
